What Does Spanish Mean To Me?
Learning the Spanish culture for me was a great experience for me although I didn't really learn much because I come from a family that grew up in Mexico (Dad's Side). I knew many things about the Spanish culture so I just used them to help me out during the school year. It was fun to help other people and teaching them how to write, read, and speak in Spanish since I was assigned in the Advanced position.
Why Is Learning/Knowing More Than One Language Important?
Learning more than one language opens more opportunities in the future and helps you meet other people. It helps you in your future because you can get jobs easier because the more languages you speak, the more customers you can attend. It's also good for you to know more than one language because you can understand many more things and can help you in life.
What Topics Do I Want To Learn About In This Class?
I really want to learn more about the food in the culture because it is the best food in the world in my opinion. I would've also liked to learn more about the holidays and what their purpose is.
What Am I Excited About In This Class?
I was truly excited for the food and the culture of Spanish. Spanish food is my favorite type of food and I would like to know how to cook some.
